A Word to the Student

Discipline, Respect, Excellence | Code of Conduct

Dear Student,

You are welcome to this School. I assure you good teaching. You will enjoy yourself while learning here. Please take care of the following points.

DO'S

  • Be Punctual.
  • Come to school in uniform.
  • Wear neat and clean clothes. Polish your shoes daily.
  • Keep your nails trimmed and teeth clean. Maintain Military hair cut.
  • Do your home task daily.
  • Bring this diary daily to school.
  • Obey your teachers and parents.
  • Leave the school only after the last bell goes or with permission.
  • Always be friendly with others.

DON'TS

  • Do not come late.
  • Don't leave the school without permission.
  • Don't be absent without intimation.
  • Don't go out of the school during recess / break time.
  • Don't tell lies and abuse anybody.
  • Don't make noise in the class.
  • Don't eat exposed edibles.
  • Don't spoil school furniture, walls etc.
  • Don't disturb your neighbour during the class hours.
  • Don't wear pencil cut pants.
  • Don't pluck flowers and plants.
  • Don't wear watches.
  • Don't put on gold ornaments.

Rules & Regulations

Punctuality

Students must arrive before the first bell. Latecomers will be marked absent and require permission to enter class.

Uniform Discipline

Complete proper uniform is mandatory. ID cards must be worn daily. Non-compliance leads to disciplinary action.

Academic Conduct

Homework must be completed daily. The school diary is compulsory. Respect teachers and maintain silence in class.

Behavior

Friendly behavior with all. No fighting, bullying, or use of foul language. Respect school property at all times.

Disciplinary Measures

• Violation of any of the above rules will result in disciplinary action, including detention, loss of privileges, or parent-teacher meetings.
• Repeated offenses or serious misconduct may lead to suspension or expulsion from the school.
• The school management reserves the right to amend these rules as and when necessary. Students and parents are expected to stay updated.
• Parents are requested to ensure their children follow the Do's and Don'ts at all times, both in and outside the school premises.

I/We have read and understood the code of conduct, Do's and Don'ts, and rules & regulations of A.K.M. Jubilee English Medium School. I/We agree to abide by all the rules and will ensure that the student follows them diligently.

School Diary

This diary is an essential part of school-student-parent communication. It must be brought to school daily. Parents are requested to check the diary regularly, sign notices, and ensure that homework is completed. Any communication from teachers must be acknowledged and responded to promptly.
